- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Daniels Educational Consulting you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- Service Plans
Fees: All consultation fees are billed quarterly and are non-refundable.
Billing: Payments and invoicing are processed through QuickBooks. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
Cancellation: All services are provided through the duration of the senior year of high school. Services may be cancelled when both parties determine that the contract is no longer viable. Services will then be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Usage and Conduct
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with the proper functioning of our services or violate any applicable laws.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.danielsec.com/privacy-policy
- Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Daniels Educational Consulting.
Use of Materials: You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from our services without our written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
Daniels Educational Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Modifications
Daniels Educational Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
