Dr. Daniels, I personally expected to go to sit down meetings with a college counselor, but the way that we communicated through this website was extremely accommodating with my busy schedule.
Dr. Daniels, The most helpful thing about my college planning experience was, “staying ahead of the game, starting on everything early.” My college planning experience was different from what you expected in that, “I thought the whole application process would be more stressful.”
Dr. Daniels, The most helpful thing about my college planning experience was, “the editing of my essays and the knowledge gained about the colleges I was looking at.”
Jerry, Our son, David, had serious medical problems at birth. It seems he was always catching up with the learning opportunities that he missed as a small child. Add to that some learning challenges and my wife and I were worried David would find it difficult, if not impossible, to select and get accepted into a college that was right for him. We engaged Jerry Daniels, of Daniels Educational Consulting, to assist David with this challenge. Jerry’s work to assist our son was invaluable. What seemed insurmountable was reduced, with Jerry’s assistance, to a systematic process that will work for everyone. Jerry provides the entire spectrum of educational support services to help get people into the learning institutions of choice. For our son David, Jerry Daniels was a mentor, a coached, a support group and a guide. David was accepted into the college of his choice with ease. Wow, what a relief for all of us.
Thank you, Jerry Daniels!!!
Dear Mr. Daniels, I got into Colorado at Boulder!!!! I haven’t heard back from the other two, but I thought I’d let you know about CU anyways since it is my top choice!!! Thanks for helping me!!!
Thanks so much – I was just curious how educators might look at the difference between private and public (schools). Thanks so much for your sage advice and have a wonderful weekend!!!
Jerry, Thank you very much. You did a wonderful job with Margo and Cody. A little update Cody is in Texas A&M Business School as a junior with a 3.2 GPA. Wow! Margo is at Mary Hardin Baylor and will finish in three years. She will graduate in May and go on for a physical therapy masters and PhD. She got her first “B” last semester. Super Wow!
Haley we will see. She is starting out at Lone Star this fall. A lot of potential still being held down?
We were extremely pleased with your advice.
